Marc Aronson is the Dean of Academics at Cheshire Academy, where he leads innovative approaches to teaching, learning, and student assessment. With more than 18 years of experience as an educator and school leader, Marc has helped champion mission-aligned practices that emphasize belonging, collaboration, and authentic demonstration of learning. His work includes the development of “Grading What Matters,” a framework that replaces traditional exams with real-world performance tasks and embeds honors pathways within every classroom to ensure equitable access and student agency.
